Lovingly described as an Energy Massage; Reiki is an energy healing technique in which a Reiki Practitioner/Master uses gentle hand movements with the intention to guide the flow of healthy energy (what's known in Reiki as life force energy) through the client's body to reduce stress and promote healing. The session is 60 minutes long; with discussion time at the beginning and end of the 20-30 minute healing session itself. This session can be conducted remotely or in person. Book here.

An hour long session using a spread of your choice to provide intuitive guidance on a specific topic or timeframe; alternatively you can leave it open for whatever your guides and highest self feel you need to be aware of, in order to evolve and raise your vibration. I have a number of different decks that I can read from, including Rebecca Campbell's Work Your Light, Starseed Oracle and Healing Waters as well as Metatrons Deck. 

Readings are provided remotely via video call.

Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a universal energy is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client in order to encourage emotional and/or physical healing. As a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, I offer in person and distance teaching to attune students to the USUI Reiki method and provide ongoing support on their journey.

Through Intuitive Coaching we work together on uncovering deeply entrenched habits and limiting beliefs so that the client can work towards feeling whole & complete. Through connection to the Higher Self we can develop a deeper understanding of intuition and help you tap in to your inner magic.

Sessions can be conducted remotely or in person and can be booked by the hour or in blocks to access a discounted rate. Each session includes a summary write up emailed after the session.
