ORIGIN comes from lived experience.
Not from a method or a system, but from noticing what actually happens when we’re under pressure - and what changes when that pressure is reduced.
For a long time, I was trying to function in ways that didn’t fit. Pushing through, overthinking, and trying to fix things at the level of the mind.
It didn’t work. What began to change things was much simpler;
Paying attention to the body. Understanding state.
And creating the conditions where things could settle naturally.
That’s what ORIGIN is built on.
Not adding more,
but returning to what’s already there.
I draw on Reiki & Meditation practice alongside nervous system awareness, but the focus isn’t on doing something to you or taking you somewhere outside of yourself; it’s about holding space for your system to come back into balance in its own time.
You don’t need to be a certain way to begin.
You just need somewhere to start.
